Shelly exceeded our expectations when we went for the lunch-time seminar. Shelly did an excellent job in presenting the material and helping us make the best options for our needs. We really liked her low-pressure sales approach, which made us feel more comfortable. Since we had to help with my wife's dad and mom (who is still alive at 100 and counting) with their cremation preparations, we are very happy with the low prices compared to other cremation services in SWFL as well as elsewhere in the US. We really enjoyed meeting Shelly Odell. She made planning our cremation easy and fun. She was knowledgeable, professional, and very friendly. We were confident that she covered every detail and need for us!

Highly recommended if you do not need an exceptional amount of hand-holding. People were especially thoughtful and kind. There was no pressure either to purchase add-ons or to hurry along, prices were transparent and reasonable, and all questions answered without issue. The areas contributing to four stars instead of five: it is a little difficult to find, the weight for the death certificates and my husband's remains were definitely longer than the deadline given and anticipated, and I was left alone waiting for an extended period of time each my husband's affairs.
