We used Affordable Water Restoration after Ian flooded the downstairs of our home with 27” of water. John got us on his schedule quickly and gave us a fair flat-rate estimate for a full remediation. Daniel and his team were amazing. Danny’s assessment of the water damage and how much drywall needed to be removed was accurate. I felt confident in his judgement. In addition, AWR used blowers and anti-bacterial spray. Daniel followed up to make sure that our home was dry before removing the equipment. The team worked hard, and they were easy to work with. Anthony was excellent from start to finish. He was very professional, friendly, on time, and knowledgeable in his work. I called and spoke to a handful of other businesses before hiring Anthony, and it was his extremely patient/friendly & professional demeanor that made me decide to go with him, and he did not disappoint after we paid him. He continued to communicate and answer all and any questions we had about the results of our mold test (which he got back to us in the timely manner that he said he would) We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
