We used this company to install a roof on an addition we added 4 years ago. Yesterday they came to repair a different area of our original roof. The on-site supervisor remembered us from the job 4 years ago. The work they performed was excellent and they explained what they found - the problem - and what they did in repairs to my husband, who was most appreciative. We used Semmer electric when we first moved to Fort Myers Beach 5 years ago for recessed light install and again this past month after the hurricane took all our electric out. They are the best! They are a local shop that understands what everyone went through (they lost all their vans and office themselves!). They are very responsive and honest, would highly recommend their services. Our 100' seawall is a foot higher, preventng erosion. The neighbor's envy us!The old seawall tiebacks were completely rotted away. Cracks near davits showed crumbling.It was a pleasure doing business with Darrell and Darrin and Freddy. Banks bros is one of the few contractors I would refer comfortably to anyone. Absolutely gorgeous spot. We were in Site C facing the inlet. They are still recovering from the hurricane, the boat slips you see in some pictures have not been replaced yet. There was no picnic table, but to be fair, we haven’t asked for one yet. The morning and evening views are stunning. Very close to Sanilbel and Fort Meyers Beach. We can’t wait to explore!
