Shyam and Mohini are excellent genuine good hearted Hatha Yoga teachers I've ever met. If you are looking for a traditional yoga practice, THIS IS IT. OM Namah Sivaya, OM Shanti.
These yogi's are effective and intuitive, providing a traditional, simplistic hatha yoga experience. Their lineage falls from your yet-to-be met "cosmic friend", Swami Sivananda. Go. Heal. Let yourself be gifted.
I recommend this place to anyone who’d like to experience real yoga. The Sivananda lineage that they teach is the real deal as it focuses on the meditative practice of asanas (holding them long while concentrating on the breath), and the balanced living prescribed by Yoga and Ayurveda. The couple who run the studio very eagerly share their vast knowledge and beautiful energy with everyone that crosses their path.
