I called with an immediate need with my marine A/C. Howard wasn't available to come onsite, but helped me troubleshoot the issue and walked me through what I should check. Together we identified the issue. I didn't want his kindness and willingness to help to go unnoticed. I'd do business with Tropical any day.

This is the second time I have used tropical and if you are using anyone else you are losing money, service and efficiency. They sold me a unit for my sailboat, and the free advice alone was worth the cost! If i could give them a higher recommendation, I would!
