I was lucky enough to find Total Cleaning while doing a Google search. I had already contacted another company, but after booking the service they were not responsive at all. The entire process with Total Cleaning was easy and yes, enjoyable. Lori who was my first contact was fabulous- very friendly, professional & my fellow New Yorker. Then Giselle came to see my place & give me a quote- she was equally terrific. I could tell that she knew her stuff. Her quote wasn’t the highest or lowest, but I thought it was fair.
