I came across TJ a bit accidentally. I was simply looking for a lymphatic drainage massage as I always felt like I had some puffiness or excess fluids in my face and head. To me it I went in for visual appearance reasons. Thought it would be a quick one-time appointment that would maybe help with some facial bloating. I had no idea I was walking into the care of such an amazing human being!

I have had, and am continuing to have, an incredible experience at Total Balance 4 U. A few months ago my clinician suggested I try Cranial Sacral Therapy for help in healing chronic painful neuropathy and intestinal issues. I was not familiar with this type of therapy at all.
