I came and stayed a night, and it did not disappoint. I got a Mani/pedi and facial off the August special price menu. Both services were amazing. I would love to come back for the day and do them again and use the spa room amenities. The room was amazing. We got a free drink card for the restaurant downstairs. All the employees were attentive and very helpful.
5 Stars for a 5-Star Experience/Stay .... This Ritz-Carlton team worked hard to earn my business! I was welcomed by Ronica at the front desk. She set the expectation for my visit... friendly, professional, knowledgeable and accommodating! Michael & Rueben were a delight on the beachfront and Marie Simone was quite possibly the kindest room attendant I've ever met.... The entire staff paid attention to every detail... from the Concierge, room service deliveries, Kevin Perry and team at the door.... everything was impeccable and I will absolutely stay again!
Every year, our leadership has a retreat. We've been doing this for several years. And every year, the service is impeccable, the people are amazing and the amenities are worth every penny. In one of the suites the AC was broken, the engineer (Gene) came up immediately, fixed the AC, made sure he didn't interrupt our meeting and then sent a bottle of champagne and strawberries for the inconvenience! We have decided we will always come to the RITZ FT LAUD for our mid year meeting! Front the front desk at check in, to the bar, to breakfast and to the beach - the best services in the world!!
