I am in my fifth month at the Exercise Coach. I am 71 years old and I am loving it. To be honest I absolutely hate exercise but I get very sad if I have to miss a session. Gus and Alex are amazing. They won’t let you get away with anything but they won’t do anything to hurt you. You need to try it.
This is 20 min well Spent! It a new way to exercise by using technology to measure your output and record it to allow you to outdo yourself the best time by establishing personal bests along the way! I highly recommend trying it out as they offer 2 free sessions and the coaches are very encouraging.
