The Cleaning Authority is a blessing for me. They know exactly what they need to do as it is detailed out on their end before they come. I have been utilizing their services for a few months now. The ladies are pleasant, respectful and focused on their work. I highly recommend them.
The ladies that come to my home are so pleasant and courteous, they know exactly what they are doing and I am very pleased with the job they do and the entire staff at the Cleaning Authority are very professional and very easy to communicate with. I am very impressed with the service overall ?
Cleaning is good except some obvious areas missed. Bases of bedroom furniture not cleaned, dusted. Corners not properly cleaned, cobwebs not removed. No attention to details. I provided a detailed list of items to be done, including vacuuming of corners, and ceilings. Not done. Each time, have to point out specific areas of deficiency
