On Wednesday, January 23, 24, my wife made an appointment at this office for an ophthalmological checkup at 9:45 am. She was there at 9:30 am. They took her for a checkup with the doctor on duty. They placed some drops in her eyes to dilate them. the pupils with surprise at 11:56 am my wife asked where it was recorded what was happening that the Dr was not attending to her they told her that the Dr had already gone to lunch and had forgotten my wife an official spoke with the manager and I told him what was happening. Very pleased with the service I received and will stay with them. Best eye test I ever received and the Dr was great in explaining everything. The staff were the happiest group of people I have ever seen in the workplace.
Nora is very knowledgeable, educated and well versed. She was very kind to my mom. She had excellent communication skills and her costumer service is excellent! Thank you Nora for all you do.
