I am a licensed contractor but I live in Los Angeles and have a rental in FL. In the past it was a challenge to remotely manage any repair or construction work. This was a really good experience, from the very beginning to the end. Since the roof was leaking due to the heavy rain pouring down lately I had to fix it fast. They came out within a couple of days to look at it and price it out, once we agreed on the price and signed the contract they showed up within a couple of days and performed the repair within 2 days.
