Nereida, Austin, Desmond and their team did a great job with my home restoration after a water leak. They were courteous and respectful. They explained the process and worked quickly to mitigate any further damage. They made my stressful situation easier to handle. Thanks for a job well done !
Serv Pro was called to a flood in my neighbor"s condo. She is 94 years old and the project was huge. Removing water, drying floor, removing carpet and wood floor. All the while being on time, continuous caring of her property and extremely knowledgeable. From the beginning till the end the clean up crew under the direction of Desmond team leader was excellent. Home owner decided to use Serv Pro to do the removal and reconstruction of her carpet on all rooms affected. Sebastian was the leader of this project and showed compassion, patience and thorough discussions of how the project would continue to completion. After a pipe Ruptured on the 9th floor, and a waterfall down the atrium we were in need of a team to come and help out at the hotel. This flood caused 24 rooms below to be affected causing a major loss. After this flood at the hotel, I immediately called Servpro to service my needs and they did not disappoint. Stefhany arrived quickly and at night and immediately began walking rooms and identifying issues. The passion she carried for her job was immediately noticed and appreciated.
