Perfect Paver has a crew (Dillon and Matt) that exceeded our expectations. They were professional and delivered on the promise of a proper and beautiful paver sealing. We are LOVING the sealed pavers - they are magazine-beautiful! The pavers have an enhanced finish so it has a light shine and the sand color lends to bringing out the colors of the tiles. Two months ago, we hired a company that used the wrong type of sealant and Dillon and Matt stripped it before applying the right stuff! THIS is what we wanted the first time and we're glad we got it now.Pavers are resealed every 2-3 years so we want to trust the company that is going to return. These guys are our lifeline to keeping our property looking great - I believe Dillon and Matt are committed to devoting their attention to their quality work. Dillon is such as great company ambassador, that he told us about a tiered maintenance plan to help the pavers look great and avoid algae build-up between seals. Wow!They also leveled pavers by removing tree roots and using our preferred sand colors for the front and back yards. They worked neatly; were professional every time they communicated with us; showed us what they did each day; and were gracious when we offered them a drink, etc. If they were our neighbors, we'd be thrilled!About the quote, the work was priced for only one attempt to remove the sealant but because the sealant was recently applied, it needed more attempts. We assumed the quote considered our property but when the work crew tried to remove the sealant, they told us one pass wouldn't suffice.I wish the contract would have addressed additional fees if it took more than one time to remove existing sealant. No one likes to see more fees, but finding out after signing the contract for one attempt feels worse because it cost more to get the work done. Even so, we liked Joe because he was knowledgeable and friendly. Ultimately, we like this company and LOVE their work, so we look forward to having them return to our property.

After Hurricane Ian... we ended up with sunken pavers all around our pool area. In addition, the pavers in the exposed part of the lanai were full of mold. We got 3 quotes to repair pavers, then clean and seal them. Perfect Pavers was more expensive than the others but believe me... you get what you pay for. The technicians did a fantastic job. Excellent communication by technician Sergio from start to finish. Our paver area now looks brand new... you'd never know we had damage! The gentlemen were very professional. I would hire Perfect Pavers again to do any type of paver work.However... it was disappointing that it took several phone calls to the office to receive a "Paid-in full invoice." I don't understand why I had to ask for it to begin with. I thought it odd that I kept being told they're "working on it." Finally got an email from them 2 weeks later with the Paid Invoice. I had to make a follow-up call about something sometime later and again... it literally took a month and several follow-up phone calls to the office to get the information to the right person. That's why the 4 stars. My lanai has perfect pavers now but didn't enjoy having to deal with the people in the office.

Perfect Pavers was great They corrected the mistakes of the previous owner on sealer type. They were extremely informative and told us what we need or didn't need. So it was no up selling you normally get from companies. So the best thing I can say is that I would/will hire them again
