I experienced excellent customer service via text. They answered all my questions. They shipped it fast (I chose next day air) I took it to Batteries and Bulbs Plus and they were able to do the programming in about 30 minutes for our 2017 Nissan Rogue and cut the key all for $85. I recommend this option versus taking it to the dealership. I would buy a key fob from OEM Car Key Mall again.
A little scared at first because I've never used / heard of OEM Car Key Mall HOWEVER, I received the new FOB and I took it to Batteries & Bulbs, they cut & programmed it and it works perfectly! The employee at Batteries & Bulbs see a lot of knock off FOBs and said the one from OEM was good! Thank you! This saved me $$ on my teens new, used car!!
OEM Car Key Mall is a great business.
Our package shipped right away, first class, but was lost by USPS.
I notified OEM and they responded immediately, checked into it, and sent another key quickly.
