Efra was the ultimate professional. Used the latest high-tech gadgets for the inspection. In fact, the sellers realtor said "never seen such a thorough inspection." Additionally, the report that was prepared was easy to interpret with separate links for services requested, other tips to keep your home safe and a "legend" at the top that shows you minor to major defects. He also discussed the report with me, giving his opinion verbally too. If you are buying a home in South Florida you are doing your purchase a dis-service if you don't hire NxtMove and Efra!

Thanks to Efrein's work, we were able to get the inspections we needed very quickly. The documents were sent directly to our insurance company which made a step less for us to worry about.
