000 stars !!!! WARNING—- make sure you have a free day for this appointment my appt time was 3 pm. I came in 20 mins early too accommodate them ( my choice ) I do this to help offices. I know places are understaffed and over booked. But this place is outta hand I waited 2 hours 45 mins to see the eye specialist Which took all of 5 min. I was double tested for no reason. They will dilate you last min. So that you end up waiting longer and worst of all I had a girl fresh from school trying to diagnose me I’m a lupus patient no one should be diagnosing me except the ophthalmologist. After myself and a few others decided enough was enough and started being a Karens and complaining I’m about to walk out. end up talking with office manager Who just stood there as if she was clueless to her surroundings and pretty much decided not to acknowledge the problems you’d think the office manager or doctor would accommodate or acknowledge. ABSOLUTELY NOT. They just blamed each other or blame the staff. if you choose this place. Just make sure you keep your schedule open and find out for yourself. Worst ran office in south Florida.
