“Michelle is AWESOME!!! I came to Holy Cross nervous for an US Biopsy.. Michelle came to get me from the lobby, very friendly. She brought me to the room, explained the ENTIRE procedure, answered and questions, and made sure I was comfortable before she started.
She explained everything she was doing (so knowledgeable) which made me so calm, explained the process again, brought the doctor in and it was honestly EXACTLY how she described it. I was fast, painless, and honesty one of the best medical experiences I've every had.

Having a biopsy is a scary, scary thought, but Michelle (and Dr Kalis, wait did I mention him, lol) made it fantastic.

She even went over the after care instructions and quizzed me... lol
