“I picked Dr Watson based on her Google reviews. Her reviews definitely match her care..... I have seen her now for a couple of months due to somehow continuing to slip my disc. Honestly, at first I felt indifferent about her care, but it was very important to me to build a good relationship with a GOOD chiropractor. I got to know her personality and style. Today, I had an appointment....I had injured myself standing too long and waiting until this appointment to bring up being in such agony. I'm not lying when I'm telling you that my back is SO MUCH better. I should've seen her earlier in the week... Lesson learned. “For the last year, every time I sneezed, I felt like something was about to snap in my lower back and I always had to brace myself so I wouldn’t fall to the floor. I just sneezed and felt no pain in my back!

Although I was slightly scared of how painful Rolfing would be, Yvette was great at making my fear dissipate right away. The moment she started to work on my body, it was constant relief that gave me chills multiple times. I started to feel spacious, not just in the section she was working on, but throughout the body.

I felt relief in my back as she moved the fascia around my legs and feet, and especially appreciated the work she did to get my pelvic floor back into alignment. I had never experienced that kind of relief of pressure before.

Yvette was super professional, fun to be around, and very informative about the unconscious habits that I should look out for and modify.

“Woke up in a hotel overseas with an upper right shoulder pain radiating to the arm. Pain increased to a very debilitating level in the following days. Managed to fly back home, went to ER twice basically for IV pain killers, visited a neurologist a week later who believes I have a pinched nerve or might have herniated a disc and nothing helped until a friend of mine recommended Kimberly. The pain is still here and I am hoping it will go away on itself sometime soon, but after an appointment with Kimberly and following her advice on icing and exercise, it became manageable.
