Luis Llenza comes to the rescue again! I was about to list a $600,000 house that had NO CURB APPEAL! Except for the occasional palm tree, the house could have been any grass filled lawn from New Jersey! Buyers here want to experience lush, tropical landscaping. And those with green thumbs really want to experience what gardening down here is like...where everything grows exquisitely. I recommended my Seller contact several landscape designers and the Seller selected (fortunately) Luis Llenza. It took about 6 weeks from start to finish: draw the landscaping design plan, install the garden with younger plantings, and let them grow so the house was nestled in a grove of textures and colors only Luis knows how to do. Here's the best part for me. We listed the house on a Monday and we had a full price, fully executed contract by Saturday. Luis designed and installed my garden He did an amazing design . Luis is a "poet" of landscape design . The choices of plant material , texture , volume and and undulating rhythm of color truly is a work of art. His concept transformed the neighborhood because all of my neighbors starting improving their landscaping as well. I would highly recommend him when looking for something inspirational for your garden area.
