My wife made an appointment Feb 8th with Ida for Tuesday Feb 13th at 12:00. After been recommended to her by existing clients of hers. She showed up 10 minutes before her appointment and told her I have an appointment at 12:00, she turns around and says I don’t know what my name is today, I can’t take you with no explanation. I would not recommend this place as she does not care about customer service, drops appointments to fit in the high class ones, little does she know the potential of new clients.

My hairdresser is Ida, the owner and she is fantastic! Her products are from Italy and of the highest quality! My hair used to oxidize and turn red in the sun, but not with her products. You won’t be disappointed because you will leave extremely happy!

So upstairs from this salon is "Relax-Restore-Replenish with Randi" OMG! She has a very calming and spiritual healing..her facial was magnificent; I'm glowing and the massage was amazing! Great location, quiet space and great idea for holiday gifts! Please support small businesses! Give her a call you will love it!
