If you want a good unit and a good company that backup their warranty don't buy from this company, Klima Control gives you a 10 year warranty that they don't honor, my unit is 2 and a half years old and it quit working the tech came to my house and told me he couldn't fix because they don't have the parts for it anymore, so do not fall for their inverter crap, $4,300 down the drain.

Recently had to go in and shop for a unit after mine broke. The customer service here was outstanding, the staff member that helped me was super knowledgeable and patient. They helped my AC tech and I choose the best packaged unit for my home and I have not had any issues since.

I recently bought a mini-split from Kiima Control, and within 4 days the unit stopped working. I contacted the store and they told me I was unable to return or do an exchange after 2 day of going back and front with them. They never told me that this unit was a final sale before purchasing stay away from this klima control
