Orlando and Freddy are an incredible team! Over the past year and a half, I’ve been in and out of Kavana and every tile store around 33304 — but I always end up back at Kavana. Their materials are top-notch, and their customer service is unmatched.

Orlando and Freddy have patiently answered my endless questions, even before I ever made a purchase. When I finally placed an order for one bathroom, they were so helpful that I decided to do three more bathrooms and the flooring with them!

We ordered our bathroom countertop from Orlando at Kavana. His professionalism was superb. He was not only attentive and responsive, but also corrected a minor issue without any hesitation. And the quality of the craftsmanship and installation was outstanding. I highly recommend Kavana.

Five Stars all the way ! From the selection to the knowledge of the team that works there. I had the best experience. I chose my floors, my bathroom vanities, my bathroom tiles, my kitchen cabinets and kitchen countertops. Highly recommended A+ plus.
