J. F. Smith Contractors are in the process of building our cottage in Matlacha. My full time residence is in Georgia, so I have left much of the autonomy to Joe and have been pleased with his decision making and dedication to our cottage. When deciding on a contractor, Joe made it easy. He was the only one who listened to my desires and explained all possible options and obstacles that could lie ahead. Joe has a special ability to visualize ideas and communicate them clearly. His suggestions, both large and small, have helped shape our cottage into a quaint, airy space that my family will enjoy for years. He and his staff have consistently shown a high level of responsiveness and respect throughout the entire process. Working with him has taken much of the stress out of home building and I couldn't imagine doing this project without him. I highly recommend J. F. Smith Building Contractors.

Since I was a little girl, I've watched my Dad pour himself into every project he was given. His attention to detail, and effort to meet each client's desires, were always an example to me of how business should be. The homes and business buildings my dad (and his team) bring to life, are treated as if they were for his own home or business. The results of this meticulous and passionate approach, are nothing short of perfection!
