I would highly recommend James C Boyd Funeral Home to anyone. They are professional, detailed and compassionate. When I first called it was before business hours so I wasn't expecting anyone to answer but so thankful Mrs. Avis did. From the first day great care was giving to my aunt. I highly recommend James C. Boyd Funeral Home, Inc., as a company of choice for funeral arrangement(s). From my initial contact with Mrs. Avis-Boyd Gaines, I was thoroughly impressed with her professionalism, leadership, and empathy as my family and I prepared to lay my father to rest. Mrs. Boyd-Gaines patiently explained the entire process in layman’s terms—providing options and the pros and cons of various decisions. We were pleased to seek her opinion on several key points surrounding my father’s celebration of life—knowing that she had our best interest at heart.
