We recently had a new countertop installed by International Granite. We stopped by their showroom at 990 NW 13th Terrace in Fort Lauderdale, without knowing the difference between granite, quartz, quartzite, or marble. The owners, Vivian and George Cardoso walked us through the different countertops, explaining the pros and cons of each material and their durability. We decided on quartzite, a material manufactured by Cambria in the USA, which comes with a transferable lifetime warranty. We then visited the Cambria Showroom and Yuliya Yankova helped us determine the surface we wanted. There was no pressure to purchase anything, just a sincere desire for us to find the product we would be happy with. The entire process from the time we signed the contract to having our new countertops installed took one week and it actually could have been faster, but I chose to remove the old countertops myself. On installation day, Jonathan Romero arrived with his crew and was by far the most professional installer we have ever had work in our home. His attention to detail, courteous manner, and cleanup after was flawless, we couldn't be happier with the installation. International Granite not only does residential and commercial installations but they also are the people refurbishing the motor yachts we see in Ft. Lauderdale. We highly recommend them!
