Great haircut and customer service
Requested style: 1/2 on sides; medium-short on top
Stylist: Vicky was friendly and very skilled at providing an excellent haircut
Specialties: The more services you package the less expensive it gets. Great stylists here.
Stylist: Iría knows her stuff. She was with me feo wash to dry and in between.
Amazing cut amazing style.
Made appointment with senior stylist on the app yesterday for 9am today. Got here before they opened and upon entering was told my stylist just got there. 20 minutes later I ask how much longer and they tell me my assigned stylist is handling a call in because online appointments aren't really honored here. I now have to wait for another stylist to finish a walk-in. I'm traveling this afternoon so I'm stuck here now with whoever they give me if I want to get my hair cut. It's now 930 and I'm still waiting. Infuriating! Update:I'm conflicted because Jenny gave me an amazing cut.
