I like to wait to write my reviews on things that cost a lot and require customer service in the future. I have now known Greg with Gsm for over 3 years now. my pool was finished in spring 2017. prior to my build i had sat in his office for 2 hours going over my wishes and then his team presented me the plans soon after. my pool is 60 feet by 15 feet with a 60 foot infinity edge. It was a huge undertaking and when completed looked magnificent and even featured in a pool magazine. What make things special are problems that were solved after the fact. in one year one pump was defective and broke and i simply called greg and in 2 days a guy came and replaced it. It was still under warranty, but he took care of the hassle with the paperwork and phone calls. next some pool pavers became miss aligned about 2 years later and his team came out and redid them for no charge. It is easy to take money and build something and walk away, but to make sure customers are happy even years later is special. thanks Greg and gsm
