We spent $15,000 on flooring with this company and can’t get them to finish the job. Don’t pay them until everything is done!They put flooring in 2 bathrooms and didn’t remove the baseboards and never put a threshold on a curved area that separates the living room and family room with different flooring —tile and wood—so there’s a tripping hazard not to mention it looks horrible!
I'm a design professional that recently located herw from Manhattan. David is by far the best flooring retailer I've dealt with in Florida. He knew the right questions to ask, knew his products and answered my questions correctly. Most importantly to me, he followed-up without being reminded (or as has been the case with most of my interactions down here) constant prodding and nagging. He will definitely be one of my first stops on my projects
