Fifth Third Private Bank - Peter Oldbury

After having an account for years, I am finally going to close it. I am so frustrated with the online banking experience. Every time I have had to use it I have had to call in. A couple of weeks ago I had to cancel my card. It didn't come in 14 days so I had to call. They had no log that I called to cancel it in the first place. Today, I tried to send funds via Velle and they told me I exceeded my daily limit, although I have sent the same amount of funds before. Fraud is the reason they gave me that they changed the limits on Velle.
