I’ve been trying to locate 5 shirts that were lost. I understand things happens but this have now been over 4 months and they don’t care to engage, call me back or get in touch for their mistake. No manager has called me and this location clearly does not care. If you want to go with a honest business go elsewhere.
Staff can be rude, lack customer service, unwelcoming, and etc. This location is just convenient because I work nearby; otherwise I would have driven a few miles for better service.
