I've been coming to BTAN for about a year or so now, and the girls are amazing They are always so warm and welcoming! The Manager Victoria is a doll baby I adore her so much! She's super accommodating and considerate of the clients! Kinsey is such a babe too whom I adore so so much! The other two young ladies Dylan and Anna who work there are adorable and so polite and kind any time I come in! I absolutely love love love the fact that they all know my name and always ask me how I am which I believe is supreme customer service ! I've been coming to this location since it was copper tan. I must say that the store has improved drastically since B-Tan took over. I did run into a small issue with my account there the other week and the manager Victoria exceeded my expectations. She was very patient and understanding with me. We were able to find a solution quickly. I used to use the Pura they have there but it was down, I understood they were waiting for maintenance on it. They had another spray option, the Norvell. I actually liked my results way better in that spray machine. The customer service there was amazing!! I recommended numerous friends and they weren't disappointed!!!
