Ray and his crew were wonderful to work with. Patches look great, floor is shiny and most importantly it was cheaper to restore my terrazzo than installing another flooring system on top. Anyone reading this most call this company before looking into other flooring options.

Ray was excellent to work with. He just completed a third project for us and it came out perfect. I would highly recommend them. They actually showed up for the meeting, at the exact time scheduled, gave a fair price, and started and completed the work as scheduled. From start to finish, they were extremely professional and offered their best insight into my terrazzo floors. I will admit, I shopped around for different prices and ultimately chose colonial for their professionalism, price, history in the area and despite them not being the lowest price, I felt it was the right choice for us based on those factors. We talked all the way thru the project and they delivered an excellent result.
