Ray and Alex just finished a great terrazzo restoration job at my home. Colonial actually did my floors 15 years ago, and they still had notes and specs on my floor! This time they repolished the whole house and also ripped up old tile in the kitchen to restore the terrazzo there. It is still drying out but already looks way better than the old junk tile... Alex was amazing and helped with everything. Excellent communication and service; fair price.
Ray and his crew were wonderful to work with. Patches look great, floor is shiny and most importantly it was cheaper to restore my terrazzo than installing another flooring system on top. Anyone reading this most call this company before looking into other flooring options.
Ray was excellent to work with. He just completed a third project for us and it came out perfect. I would highly recommend them. They actually showed up for the meeting, at the exact time scheduled, gave a fair price, and started and completed the work as scheduled.
