Superb service provided by Luis Perez with COIT Cleaning and Restoration (Broward county), today! Luis was extremely pleasant, personable, thorough and helpful. He educated us on our rug and how best to care for it. We are happy with how clean the rug was upon completion. Luis not only cleaned our rug, he was able to remove tough stains we were unsure would be removed.
My husband was a young boy when his mother began utilizing COIT for all of their carpet, rug, and upholstery cleaning needs. It is great to see that 40 years later, COIT retained its professional and friendly reputation.
Raul did an amazing job, coating our AC handlers and servicing all of our ducts, while answering any questions that I had along the way. He was extremely meticulous and thorough, working consistently and effectively. The next time I have my ducts cleaned I will ask for him.

Luis Perez did an amazing job cleaning our white sofa from restoration hardware. The sofa had a dingy coloring due to normal use and being in storage for over a year. Other cleaning companies told us the sofa couldn’t be restored to its original white color. Luis made the sofa look brand new. He was also so kind and easy to work with. We can’t recommend him enough!
