Marlene was recommended to me by a good friend who I trust. Time and time again I have gotten facials done and have not seen many results. I came to Marlene at a time when I was so unhappy with my skin that it upset me to look in the mirror without make up on. The second I walked into her place, she took one look at my skin and knew exactly what to do and reassured me that I would see results. Two chemical peels and two facials later and I am in awe of what she has done for my skin. Every time I go and see her, the facial and/or treatment is different because she truly caters to what your skin needs at the time. *BUYER BEWARE* The facial packages that you have to pre-pay for are non-refundable allegedly. Marlene is the owner so obviously if she wanted to refund your money she could but chooses not to. I bought this facial package of three a year ago. Obviously Covid happened so I couldn't redeem them but even before that, I felt that her attitude toward me has changed. She kept trying to charge me a cancellation fees that weren't even applicable. I have the text messages and screenshots to prove it but I really don't want this to be a tit-for-tat thing. Marlene is amazing! My skin has looked healthy since its been under her care. I've had facials and skinpen treatments- great results! Highly recommend.
