Behavioral Health Services At Broward Health Imperial Point

I was in an accident a few weeks ago and when I came in they almost immediately took me back. They gave me X-rays and a CT Scan. Everyone was efficient and took really good care of me down to my transporter. I was shocked to be in and out of the hospital with such breeze.

From arrival to departure my care was exemplary. Nurses were thorough, kind and listened to my concerns. I was efficiently sent for tests and apprised of the results. On departure I was given a write up of what was done plus recommendations for followup. I was impressed about the whole experience and wholeheartedly recommend Imperial Point without reservation. overall I was treated with professionalism, kindness and respect. Bravo!

I was a bit skeptical at first due to the reviews but it was the nearest hospital so I decided to take a chance. Every single person that attended me from front desk, to nurses, and radiology, was amazing. Very nice and made me feel so comfortable. They actually cared about how I was feeling and did everything possible to make me feel better. Some names that stood out to me were Brenda (front desk) super nice, dr. Wilson I believe, I can't remember the lady that took me to do my x rays but she was nice as well, made sure I was comfortable through the process, and finally the one that stood out the most was Erica who was my nurse.
