I was in an accident a few weeks ago and when I came in they almost immediately took me back. They gave me X-rays and a CT Scan. Everyone was efficient and took really good care of me down to my transporter. I was shocked to be in and out of the hospital with such breeze.

From arrival to departure my care was exemplary. Nurses were thorough, kind and listened to my concerns. I was efficiently sent for tests and apprised of the results. On departure I was given a write up of what was done plus recommendations for followup. I was impressed about the whole experience and wholeheartedly recommend Imperial Point without reservation. overall I was treated with professionalism, kindness and respect. Bravo!

I was a bit skeptical at first due to the reviews but it was the nearest hospital so I decided to take a chance. Every single person that attended me from front desk, to nurses, and radiology, was amazing. Very nice and made me feel so comfortable. They actually cared about how I was feeling and did everything possible to make me feel better. Some names that stood out to me were Brenda (front desk) super nice, dr. Wilson I believe, I can't remember the lady that took me to do my x rays but she was nice as well, made sure I was comfortable through the process, and finally the one that stood out the most was Erica who was my nurse. I've been to hospitals quite a few times and she truly was the best nurse I've ever had take care of me. She was so sweet, funny and just extraordinary. She talked me through everything and made sure I was good at all times. She was also with a student that was shadowing her and even then was doing such a great job all while teaching. She truly made my experience all the better. Than you all so much.
