“I had my hair cut and blowout with Anna and I couldn't be happier. I love my haircut and I haven't been this happy in a long time. Even after I slept on it, My hair looks exactly the same in the morning! That's a great haircut. Anna was very professional and extremely pleasant. She sat me down before my shampoo (great shampoo too) to discuss what I wanted, made suggestions and did exactly that. What impressed me the most was while she was cutting my hair she focused only on that and was not carrying on conversations with her co-workers. I didn't go back to the last salon where I got my haircut exactly for that reason. I don't care if you can cut hair blindfolded but you should focus on your job and customers and talk on your own time. Anna did everything right. I also love the vibe of the salon and of course fellow New Yorker, Jonathan!“

“Tricia is amazing! My wedding photos came out perfect because of her. She asked for inspo photos of what I'd like my hair and makeup to look like and she got it exactly like the photos. So impressed with how it came out. No cake face, natural look for makeup, hair half up-down. Tricia was so accommodating. The wedding coordinator called and said we had to do the ceremony an hour early due to rain and she moved a client just to be there earlier. Thank you Tricia!

“I first went to Flo at Yellow Strawberry about 17 years ago, when they were located on Las Olas. My hair is dark brown but I like to be blonde. A different stylist had turned it orange, so in a panic, I got a box of brown dye to cover it up temporarily. The dye left it a sewery greenish brown. I didn't know if there was any hope to be blonde again. Flo performed her magic and gave me the most beautiful blonde highlighted hair that was flowing and healthy and absolutely perfect. No idea how she did it. I never went out in public without someone complimenting my hair. I continued to go to Flo until I got pregnant and took a break. By the time I had my little one, Flo and her husband had retired. Panicking once again, I hopped from stylist to stylist and each one turned my hair more orange than the next. I looked like a jack o lantern. I finally found a stylist that got my hair to the platinum blonde I loved so much! The problem? 3rd time I saw him, he fried off 50% of my hair at the root! He piled my hair on top of my head and forgot about me under the dryer. I gave myself 15 minutes to cry and decided to give my hair time to rest before I tried to fix it. Then, 18 months later (with 6 inch roots, trying to hide my damaged mohawk with a side part), I found out that Flo had come out of retirement and opened a salon in LBTS. The very same day I walked in practically crying. Flo evaluated the damage and set an appointment to solve all my hair problems. She got my dark rooted, damaged hair to the perfect, healthy platinum blonde!!!! She cut and styled it so that the "mohawk" from the previous fry-job was blended in and natural looking. That was 5 years ago. I've seen Flo every 6 weeks ever since that day and my hair is so healthy, and the most beautiful, perfect platinum blonde I could imagine. I have never had so much trust in a professional as I do with her. I'd give Yellow Strawberry a billion stars if I could.“
