There are still really good people in the world. I called in regarding a question I had with my water heater giving me a code regarding my heat pump. Instead of coming out to tell me that I had a problem and charging me to find out what the issue was and then having to also pay for the parts he had to source, he advised that I call the manufacturer and trouble shoot first rather than paying him to come out to do the same thing. Upon calling the manufacturer and trouble shooting, they were able to let me know that I had 2 faulty parts that I can easily replace myself and they would send them to me free of charge. What a great experience with AY plumbing! I will call them for all of my plumbing needs. The professionalism, communication, and scheduling is always a breeze. Upon coming to my residence to fix my issue, he then found another issue that I wasn’t aware of and fixed it at no charge.
