WOW Reef Tropical Pools service is unlike any other! Every staff member I have dealt with has been a pleasure to deal with! The service report with pictures they send is amazing. I have never received this kind of information. They are awesome! Use them if you can!!!

Reef tropical pools has been wonderful with communication! Brian is doing an excellent job! If the technician is just as good as Brian we will be doing business together for a long time!

I’ve used Reef and its predecessor for 4 years. I was concerned with Reef’s acquisition of my former company, but everything has been excellent. You can get smart people on the phone if needed, and their maintenance managers and my weekly technician are all top notch, friendly professionals. I like the fact that they send a report with photos after every visit showing just which services were performed. My pool always looks great and I never have to worry about it. Thank you, Reef Tropical!
