“Carlos Tinoco of PHB Landscaping is the ultimate professional. He performed a complete design and install of a new sprinkler system, regraded/leveled our front yard and performed sod installation. There were no “surprise” pricing changes, he was always on time (and actually completed the sod installation a day early!) and the yard looks great. We plan to use him again for purchasing our clusia hedges, and design and install of planter areas at the base of the driveway and front walkway. If we decide to use landscape lighting, we will consult with him as well. We have recommended him and PHB to friends and will continue to do so in the future.
