I have successfully used a handful of IT providers when living in South Florida and haven't found anyone qualified people, companies or otherwise since moving to Fleming Island 7 years ago. I searched and found Don right here on Fleming Island. He is a true professional and had an exceptional experience with him that I was hoping to have. I recently turned on my desktop computer and new I had a major problem with my hard drive. My data was compromised and at risk of loosing even though I had an unproven backup. Don was a life saver today. I work from home and my PC decided to fritz out suddenly. I called Don and he came out and had me up and running within an hour of arrival, adding in a new video card as well. Top Notch service and knowledgeable!

My computer had been a wee bit slow and I had been needing a replacement of my thermal paste due to it being a while since I had bought it. I brought it to Don and he cleaned it very well, and replaced the thermal paste. He did it in the same day I brought it as well! Only about a hour wait, and then it was good. Very fairly priced, efficient, and good service!
