My services were exceptionally professional, beneficial and performed in a timely manner. Taylor, my service provider, practiced a high degree of professionalism and administered the appropriate amount of care necessary to alleviate my pain and discomfort. I was blessed to have Taylor as my specialist. I highly recommend.
UPDATE: After reading my Google review, the upper management reached out to me and offered an apology and a credit for a massage/facial. Again the therapist and aesthetician were both amazing. I appreciate that they reached out to me to correct the situation.
I will no longer be using Hand and Stone Massage and Facial. Nothing against their therapist or anesthetician, it’s the management. I verified my gift card BEFOE booking my appointments for a massage and facial. Somehow my facial credit was removed when paying for my service. I received a gift card from my daughter who recommended Ashley who did an amazing job on my facial. I could not be more pleased with the great friendly serviced professionalism & expertise. I highly recommend Hand and Stone Fleming island to all looking for facials or a massage
