the most unprofessional customer service i've ever seen. Co-owner Jenna ; claiming to be the manager, treats the clients in complete disgust. Refuses to give refunds. She talks back to the clients in a disgusting tone/ attitude and blames the clients are not educated enough what they "should be" asking for instead. Unprofessional behavior for a "manager". Taylor the stylist was completely unprofessional and claimed clients are "uneducated", as reference photos given prior to appointment weren't enough to prove the job wasn't done properly. if i could give this place 0 stars, i would. i paid for a full head & this is what i received. not only that, but the blonde was left untoned & orange. when i tried to address the situation in a polite manner, i was shut down and told that my pictures could be edited and the mistakes could not be seen. the owners were rude & unprofessional & refused to fix my hair. i had to fight just to get half a refund. i do not recommend this place. i am incredibly disappointed.
Would definitely recommend Miranda to any and everyone, she has been working with me for a while now to get me this blonde… because sometimes I decide to get a little crazy and dye it crazy colors myself
