the most unprofessional customer service i've ever seen. Co-owner Jenna ; claiming to be the manager, treats the clients in complete disgust. Refuses to give refunds. She talks back to the clients in a disgusting tone/ attitude and blames the clients are not educated enough what they "should be" asking for instead. Unprofessional behavior for a "manager". Taylor the stylist was completely unprofessional and claimed clients are "uneducated", as reference photos given prior to appointment weren't enough to prove the job wasn't done properly. After terrible service and was not given what asked for, even after reference photos, they refused to fix the hair to satisfy the costumer. If i could rate 0 stars i would. Absolutely disgusting behavior and certification among these stylists should be reconsidered.

if i could give this place 0 stars, i would. i paid for a full head & this is what i received. not only that, but the blonde was left untoned & orange. when i tried to address the situation in a polite manner, i was shut down and told that my pictures could be edited and the mistakes could not be seen. the owners were rude & unprofessional & refused to fix my hair. i had to fight just to get half a refund. i do not recommend this place. i am incredibly disappointed.

Would definitely recommend Miranda to any and everyone, she has been working with me for a while now to get me this blonde… because sometimes I decide to get a little crazy and dye it crazy colors myself
