“There's truly no words to express my gratitude for this salon. I reached out to Dawn because I recently got my hair done at another salon last week and my hair turned yellow/orange. My stylist tried to fix it making the end product just as ugly. I have never felt more ugly. I reached out in desperation to find someone who specializes in corrective color. Dawn was able to get me in immediately. From the moment I walked into the salon, everyone was so welcoming and friendly. I instantly knew I was where I belonged. The entire team (Dawn, Marion and Brianna) all tagged team to get me in and out as quickly as possible which I appreciate so much. Each one of them was sooo incredibly friendly and understanding of my situation. No one judged the condition of my hair. They are honestly all pure souls. They were all so down to earth and easy to talk to. Almost as if you are hanging out with your best friends. Even all their customers were so sweet. Everyone did such a fantastic job on my hair. I know they were limited with how much reversal they could do but my hair came out better then I could have ever dreamed of. I am sooo happy with my final result I could literally cry of happiness. There's not enough thank yous for making me confident again with my color and for taking me on as a new client, especially last minute.
