They got me in the same day and Sharon was so wonderful on setting me up as a new patient. 5 star all the way!! The best experience I ever had with a dentist office. They were so kind, helpful, understanding, knowledgeable and the hospitality was above any doctor office I have ever been in. This was a new patient exam for me and I also was experiencing some throbbing in my tooth area. The doctor and dental hygienist all took the time to explain every tooth and everything they saw and educated me on the proper tools to maintain my oral care. “Mandibular tori (tori is extra bone that occurs in your mouth) makes it highly uncomfortable to take X-rays. Finding Paulina and Thao who both take X-rays without discomfort is extremely rare and heaven-sent.

From the moment you enter, Christina at the front is warm and friendly. Within minutes they take you back for my appointment, every time.

I have had several accidents in my lifetime, so Paulina always places a rolled towel near my backside and provides a neck pillow to support my neck. Always has a kind word and places Vaseline on lips upon request.

Dr. Thai Nong is exceptionally gentle, and I respect his opinions. He has a customer for life. I have recommended him to my church, neighbours and friends.“

“I made an appointment for further adjusting. I was pleasantly surprised when Dr. Kinker personally reached out, and we spoke at length about my case. She has promised that she will do what it takes to make it right. Please note that I tried to remove my original review, and I I'm getting an error notice from Yelp, and it will not delete it. I will contact Yelp to correct the problem and remove it“
