I am a bit technologically challened and Carl was great at addressing my concerns, analyzing the issue and securing my laptop. The work was done very fast and communication during the servicing time was appreciated.
Carl, the owner/operator at Select Tronix, is the kindest, most talented computer technician I have ever met. I recently took my computer to his store. He listened to my heartbreaking story of how I deleted all my computer information, so patiently. He then went to work retrieving ALL the data I had deleted days before! REMARKABLE! He was able to get back ALL the information I stupidly deleted, believing I had properly backed it up.There is no way to properly thank him for the great work except to leave a great review for an amazing job!!!!!
AWESOME JOB!! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Just went in with a question about my laptop battery. Carl looked at it and asked me if I wanted to wait 15 minutes while he fixed it. Best place to go for any tech and computer questions.
