“Rave to Baptist Medical Center Nassau and Baptist Health Jacksonville. Lately I’ve had multiple doctor referrals and visited the Baptist Health hospitals for various reasons - usually dr appt, lots of labs and nuclear testing. Before I knew it, I have aquired quite the team of Baptist Specialists. Every three weeks for 6 months I have to get blood work. There is the option to go to one those other places, but I prefer to go where I am treated well. So I pay the extra co-pay for go to Baptist Health because I trust them. I know I will be treated respectfully, kindly, and with expertise in each department. This is so important during a health crisis, feeling like you are being treated well makes the situation easier, knowing you are in safe, caring, and well trained hands. I truly appreciate the cheerful attitudes from the staff. Most are always pleasant, smiling, as well as being filled with positive energy. I actually left the phlebotomy lab today in Nassau feeling better then when I went in, thanks to the wonderful ladies in registration, the staff and volunteers attending the station, and working the lab. Their happiness was wonderfully contagious. I wish I could remember her name (she has a boys name, and it is just beautiful for her, fitting). Give her a huge “Good Job, well done.” She deserves a raise, wink wink. *** her name is Bryan. Thank you Baptist Health for taking amazing care of our community. Thank you for giving us medical care in clean centers and refreshing hospitals; Thank you for maintaining medical staff that appear to be happy in the work place environment which shows through in their care of us patients.“
