Positive: Professionalism, Quality, ResponsivenessOne thing that I absolutely love about local businesses is the importance stressed on treating clients with such a personal approach. My family just relocated from Chicago to the area, and there was an emergency power outage that had occured at our family home. After initial contact, Leslie, with Johnny's electric, had called me and gave me a step by step update in real time, as to when the technician could arrive, what the diagnosis was, and lastly; confirmation that everything had been resolved.
